Our EdgeCleave glass chamfering module focuses an incident single mode laser into a pattern of tight spots with ~ 2.3 um waist size over a field of more than 500um .
The Edgecleave Module is offered with a tailored multi-focal DOE to provide diagonal, curved and even trapeziod cut profiles with x-deviation from the optical axis . Typical optical chamfers of 0.2-0.3mm at 45 degrees can be easily achieved with EdgeCleave.
The Edgecleave module is based on a Thorlabs LMH-20X-1064 objective , combined with our custom deigned 3D multifocal DOEs.
